Guest Guide
We want every guest to feel at home. These rules are simple, fair, and designed to make your stay — and your neighbours' lives — as pleasant as possible.
Arrival & Departure
Your host or co-host will be present to welcome you and hand over the keys. You'll receive full details the day before your arrival via your booking platform.
Details on how to return the keys will be shared via your booking confirmation and host communication. If you lose a key, contact us immediately.
Please leave the apartment in a tidy state: dirty dishes washed, rubbish in the bins, and windows closed. A standard cleaning fee covers the rest.
Early check-in or late check-out may be possible depending on adjacent bookings. Please request in advance via your booking platform and we'll do our best.
Guests & Occupancy
The apartment is designed for up to 3 guests. Please do not exceed this number. Unregistered guests are not permitted to stay overnight.
We're animal lovers, but following our recent renovation, we've decided to keep the apartment pet-free to maintain perfect conditions for all our guests. Thank you for understanding!
Parties, events, or large gatherings are strictly not permitted. We have neighbours. Violations of this rule may result in immediate termination of the booking.
Spanish law requires us to register all guests with the authorities. Please have all guests' ID details ready for submission.
Inside the Apartment
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. Guests may smoke on the terrace only, using the ashtray provided. Evidence of indoor smoking may incur a deep-cleaning charge.
Please close doors and windows when A/C is running. Turn off all A/C when leaving the apartment. The A/C is there to be used — just use it responsibly.
Fresh water is a precious resource in Andalusia. Please be mindful with water usage — shorter showers, don't leave taps running, report any leaks immediately.
Please be respectful of neighbours during quiet hours. Music and noise should be kept to a minimum. In shared outdoor areas, please be especially considerate late at night.
We have separate bins for general waste and plastics/packaging. Recycling containers are on the street nearby.
Personal photos are of course welcome. Please do not publish photos or videos of the apartment for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
Damages & Emergencies
Please report any breakage or damage as soon as possible via your booking platform. We understand accidents occur and deal with them proportionately and fairly.
In case of emergency: call 112 (European emergency number). For urgent property issues, contact us via the messaging on your booking platform. We aim to respond as soon as possible.
An inventory is kept for the apartment. Please report any items that were already damaged or missing upon arrival so they are not attributed to your stay.

These rules exist to protect the space, the neighbours, and the experience. We want you to feel at home here, enjoy every day, and leave with good memories.
